Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel up to 50% during training.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze operational results and customer profitability.
• Provide financial insights related to production initiatives and inventory management.
• Participate in month-end close activities including financial statement preparation.
