Job summary

Zipline is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Partner to join our Strategic Finance team to make manufacturing performance measurable and economically actionable as we scale. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Accounting to establish cost truth and improve inventory and cash visibility.

You will build financial models, dashboards, and cadence to help leaders make sharper scaling decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
Approximately 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, Operations.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial statements.
Experience analyzing manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, or inventory costs.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Own manufacturing finance reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis across cost, labor, inventory, cash, and OPEX.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate performance drivers into actions.
Build financial models for product cost, capacity, and investments.
Develop dashboards and cadence for visibility into unit economics.
Analyze labor, material usage, throughput, WIP, yield, and scrap.
Improve data systems and reporting workflows for scalable finance.
