Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 4-8 years of progressive experience in cost accounting and general accounting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and product costing.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, supply chain, or plant finance.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with shop floor employees, supervisors, managers, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the financial representative on the Willoughby Plant Management Team.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leaders to improve manufacturing performance and profitability.
• Provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Lead the annual operating budget and planning process for the Willoughby facility.
• Support month-end close, financial audits, capital project tracking, and other operational finance activities.
• Perform special financial analyses and projects that support operational excellence.
• Help strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
• Develop expertise in Movex/M3 ERP and manufacturing processes and maintain data integrity.
