Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Four to six years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Strong experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Experience supporting monthly close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP systems experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with finance and non-finance leaders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own standard costing systems and policies.
• Collaborate with Operations to set material, labor, and overhead standards.
• Lead monthly cost accounting close and variance reporting.
• Analyze manufacturing variances such as price, usage, yield, scrap.
• Monitor inventory valuation and GAAP compliance.
• Support capital expenditure analysis and post-implementation reviews.
• Provide analysis of production performance and cost reduction opportunities.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive cost improvements.
