Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Finance Operations Manager who combines finance and operational rigor to drive performance. You will partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to provide insight, build budgets, and lead the accounting function with a focus on scalable processes.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and strategic financial thinking in a proactive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to manufacturing cost accounting and operational metrics.
• Ability to forecast, close the books, and partner with production floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close process and deliver timely, accurate reporting.
• Partner with General Manager and operations leadership to translate performance into insights.
• Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and track operational benchmarks and input metrics for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop the Staff Accountant and ensure strong internal controls.
• Translate financial data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality teams on product launches and programs.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve efficiency in accounting processes.
• Serve as financial liaison between Oribi and Re:Build Manufacturing corporate finance.
• Support business development with cost modeling, pricing analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Promote transparency, continuous improvement, and financial literacy across the organization.
