You will lead a team of 5–8 accounting professionals, oversee AP, AR, general ledger, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, and partner with operations to drive accurate reporting and strong controls. The role emphasizes manufacturing cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel proficiency and analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Mansioni

• Oversee AP, AR, general ledger, cash transactions, reconciliations, journal entries, close processes.
• Prepare or review financial statements and variance analyses.
• Lead annual operating plan, budgets, and forecasts; analyze manufacturing costs and variances.
