Job summary

Venteon Finance is seeking a Finance Manager for a growing, non-automotive manufacturing client in Taylor, MI. You will lead month-end close, develop financial models, and support budgets and forecasts.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing. ERP experience and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models for pricing, product launches, profitability, and capital spending.
• Maintain standard costs, bills of materials, routings, and product costing.
• Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Support inventory analysis, reconciliations, and variance reviews.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis.
