Eaton's Niagara Falls manufacturing site seeks an Accounting Manager to lead financial reporting, control environment, and partnering with plant leadership to drive profitability.

You will manage month-end close, cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. This role collaborates with operations and supports capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or cost accounting experience.
• At least 5 years in Accounting/Finance with leadership experience.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting cycles.

Responsabilités

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses.
• Oversee standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Partner with plant operations to improve productivity and profitability.
• Provide financial analysis for production efficiency, scrap, labor utilization, and overhead absorption.
