Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Prior experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Director or similar.
• Experience in a manufacturing company and cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting standards.
• CPA or CMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four professionals in the accounting department.
• Oversee all accounting and financial statement preparation activities.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, accounting, fixed assets, and cash management.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce GAAP-compliant financial reports.
• Administer and implement robust internal controls and procedures.
• Ensure government reporting compliance and coordinate tax filings.
• Lead annual financial statement audit with external partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in financial reporting.
