Ducommun Incorporated in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Plant Controller to lead monthly close, ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, and provide decision-support to Operations leadership. You will partner with production, materials, and engineering to analyze cost drivers, drive budgeting and forecasting, and deliver actionable financial insights while mentoring the site finance team and maintaining internal controls.

Competenze

Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Deep understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
Ability to work with operations, engineering, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Experience with government contracting accounting principles (CAS, FAR exposure) preferred.
Experience leading finance teams in manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
MBA/CPA/CMA designation preferred.

Mansioni

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
Ensure SOX compliance and internal control effectiveness.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Develop site-level accounting procedures and lead AOP/forecasting and long-range planning.
Provide financial insights to improve profitability and cost performance.
Review and analyze manufacturing cost drivers with operations.
