Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a senior finance leader to oversee accounting and cost accounting across multiple manufacturing locations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong internal controls.

You will manage monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, partner with leadership for actionable insights, mentor the finance team, and drive profitable growth through rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong cost accounting expertise including inventory management, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Proven experience leading financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial activities across multiple locations with accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Manage monthly close, financial reporting, EBITDA forecasting, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis, metrics, and recommendations to support growth.
• Monitor inventory performance, capital expenditures, operational efficiency, and internal controls.
• Lead and develop finance team, support audits, budgeting, and strategic planning.
