Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in manufacturing.
• CPA certification is required and SAP experience is essential.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant managers to analyze and improve financial performance.
• Oversee plant accounting functions including inventory, costing, and variances.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide guidance on production, pricing, procurement, and inventory decisions.
• Develop KPIs linking operations to financial results and drive process improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with the CFO and leadership.
