Job summary

Zentis USA in Plymouth, Indiana is seeking a Production Controller to partner with plant leadership on financial oversight of manufacturing. You will drive cost analysis, labor budgeting, and reporting to optimize production profitability and efficiency across the Plymouth facility.

The role focuses on labor productivity, production economics, and operational performance, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls. Collaboration with Operations and Finance is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: B.A. degree in accounting, finance or related.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
• ERP familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and reporting of production costs including direct and indirect labor, overhead and utilities.
• Develop staffing models for production lines and monitor labor productivity.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, throughput, yield, scrap and downtime.
• Provide financial insights to plant leadership and drive cost savings.
