Hexcel in Salt Lake City seeks a Financial Analyst to join onsite. You will partner with operations leaders, delivering FP&A insights and strengthening cost accounting to drive manufacturing performance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making in a high‑tech aerospace context.

You will contribute to month-end close, capital expenditure planning, and financial controls, with opportunities to shape long-term growth and cost competitiveness within a collaborative finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting preferred).
• MBA, MAcc, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 2+ years in operational finance or manufacturing cost accounting.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide FP&A support and mature financial frameworks for better management rigor.
• Lead manufacturing cost improvements and cost estimation for new programs.
• Support monthly financial close and general accounting activities.
• Assist capital expenditure planning for high-PI projects.
• Conduct audits of financial processes and transactions.
• Support internal and external audits of controls.
