The ideal candidate has 3+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Power BI skills, and ERP exposure in manufacturing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment; Global Shop ERP a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex data clearly.
• Self-motivation with ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and personal accountability.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; high integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver insights to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports with variance analysis and performance metrics.
• Pull, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and scenario analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities and audits.
• Collaborate across functions to communicate financial and operational insights.
