Patrick Industries in Elkhart, IN seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Corporate FP&A team's planning, forecasting, and analysis cycles. You will prepare forecast schedules, conduct variance analyses, and partner with business unit finance and corporate owners to validate data and explain results.

This is a development role with a clear path toward Senior Analyst as scope grows. Strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple requests under a tight close are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years FP&A or similar analytical experience.
• Manufacturing or public company experience a plus.
• Proficient Excel, including lookups and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast for assigned units and corporate departments.
• Prepare recurring management reports and variance analyses.
• Support department planning and data requests from business partners.
• Complete ad hoc analysis and modeling per FP&A Manager requests.
• Assist with data collection across Patrick's RV, Marine, Powersports, and Housing markets.
