Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics with 2+ years of financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and month-end close activities.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems to analyze data and generate reports.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with ability to derive insights.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Plant Leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation ability.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify cost savings in manufacturing processes.
• Analyze and report inventory levels and variances.
• Maintain general ledger including spend variance explanations.
• Perform month-end close duties and reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic management reports and schedules.
• Assist in annual external and internal control audits.
• Participate in annual budget and periodic forecast process.
• Contribute to department and organization special projects.
