Job summary
Ketjen Corporation is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to provide critical financial insights across manufacturing costs, productivity, inventory and capital expenditures. You will partner with the Operations Finance Leader and plant teams to deliver actionable recommendations that improve manufacturing economics.
The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years in finance, strong analytical and modeling skills, and Excel proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; minimum 2–5 years of finance experience.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large data sets; connect financial results to operational drivers.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis of manufacturing costs, production variances, yields, and productivity.
- Build models, scenarios, and business cases to evaluate opportunities and risks.
- Analyze inventory levels, working capital, and capital expenditures; support reporting and dashboards.
