Job summary

Schleifring Medical Systems, LLC is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain the building and production environment. You will handle plumbing, electrical, lighting, HVAC support, carpentry, and preventive maintenance of facility systems while aiding with CNC/gantry equipment maintenance.

Qualified candidates will have related education and at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, reading schematics, and using CMMS/work order systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in facilities/improvement.
• 4+ years manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, lighting, painting and carpentry.
• Inspect facility systems and address safety concerns.
• Maintain CNC/gantry equipment and assist during troubleshooting.
• Read manuals, blueprints, and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain records, comply with safety policies, and work with contractors.
