Job summary

Sigma Design in Wilsonville, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Facilities Technician (Direct Placement & 6 Month Contract). You will support site infrastructure, building systems, and EHS activities, performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.

The role collaborates with production, engineering, and support teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and cost-effective work environment. The position requires 5–7 years of facilities experience (2–4 years for contractor), strong tool

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of direct facilities experience preferred in manufacturing.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ITAR and background/drug screen checks apply.
• Experience supporting safety and environmental programs, incident investigations, and risk prevention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain facility infrastructure and building systems, providing responsive support to production, engineering, and other teams.
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for buildings, offices, clean rooms, warehouses, and other areas.
• Coordinate with contractors on maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects, including quotes, budgeting, and leadership communication.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve functionality, reliability, and efficiency of buildings and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, EPA/OSHA requirements, and company policies.
• Document maintenance work and maintain accurate logs and records.
