Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Production & Operations Systems Engineering specialist to enable Manufacturing Modernization. Work spans MES/MOM, execution systems, automation, and plant data models with hands-on development experience and the ability to translate client objectives into technical solutions.

The role requires collaboration across teams, configuration and development of system components, and strong DB/PL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.
• Minimum 1 year hands-on development with OpCenter Electronics/Camstar or OpCenter Discrete.
• Minimum 1 year experience with interface development.

Job Requirements:

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you Need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with hands on development with OpCenter Electronics/Camstar or OpCenter Discrete
• Minimum 1 year with interface development

Bonus points if you have:

• Workflow or program the solution components in MES/MOM platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in one or more Manufacturing Shop floors systems
• 2+ years of exposure to manufacturing process
• Configuration/development experience of solutions using databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience with programming languages (such as C#, .Net, JavaScript, bootstrap, HTML5)
• Understanding of reference architectures such as ISA95 and ISA88
• Experience with software development lifecycle
• 2+ years of experience in project management or delivery
• Experience working with Siemens Mendix development
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.
