Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to advance digital manufacturing initiatives in a US-wide role near corporate offices.

You will lead SES design and deployment of Emerson Syncade MES, configure EBRs, and integrate with ERP and control systems to deliver compliant, value-adding solutions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience with Emerson Syncade MES in automated Life Sciences settings.
• Strong knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• SDLC familiarity and life-science validation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and deployment of Emerson Syncade MES solutions.
• Design, author, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Integrate MES with ERP and control equipment; document configurations and validate EBRs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into MES solutions.
• Support go-live activities and client relationship management.

You are:

An ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager ready to take on new challenges. As industries head towards Manufacturing and Factory Digitalization, MES stands in the center of manufacturing excellence.

The Work:

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Emerson Syncade Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
• Work closely with business management and users to strategically define the needs and design solutions that add value
• Document and analyze the information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions are delivered according to GxP standards
• Support go-live and hypercare activities
• Respond to requests for client proposals
• Manage and develop client relationships.

Job Requirements:

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Emerson Syncade MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment

Set Yourself Apart:

• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with resulting action items
• Ability to convert Life Science industry business processes into electronic batch records
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies in a Life Science manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
