Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) Manager for a state-of-the-art pet-food facility near the Virginia border, producing Purina brands. You will lead Nestlé Continuous Excellence initiatives, drive cost reduction, and coordinate improvement plans across the site.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in LEAN/TPM/CI with people leadership experience; salary range $115,783 to $157,892 per year plus a comprehensive rewards package.

Position Summary

One of our newest factories, located along the Virginia border, breathes new life into a former brewery, creating an innovative and technologically advanced pet food manufacturing facility. We have transformed the existing structure in Rockingham County to produce leading dry dog and cat food brands, including Purina Pro Plan®, Purina ONE®, and Purina Pro Plan Veterinary Diets®. As a Manufacturing Excellence (Continuous Improvement) Manager, you’ll coordinate all Nestlé Continuous Excellence (World Class Manufacturing) initiatives and Pillar activities as you act as the single point of contact for stakeholders. Play a critical role in developing improvement plans and strategies to drive profitability through analysis of costs and losses. You’ll ensure that our processes enable top-line growth and improve manufacturing asset intensity through the reduction of manufacturing losses.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years’ of leadership experience with LEAN Manufacturing, Total Performance Management (TPM), or Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing, technical, military, or related environment and1+ years of people leadership experience

Salary: $115,783.20 to$157,892.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
