Job summary

Diageo Montgomery seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead Lean initiatives and drive CI across the new Hope Hull plant. You will partner with plant floor and management teams to deploy best practices, standardize processes, and coach site leaders to improve efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities include directing 5S programs, reducing setup times, and advancing asset care while sustaining collaborative change across the site’s operations.

Qualifications

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field, Lean/CI experience preferred.
• 5+ years' track record in Engineering or Manufacturing, beverage/CPG preferred.
• Solid experience in implementing lean tools and leading plant-wide change initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership and influence.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership to develop practical solutions for complex analytical problems.
• Execute critical initiatives to deliver site-wide growth and CI culture.
• Lead 5S, Setup Time Reduction, Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement and Asset Care programs.
