This role reports to the Engineering Manager and requires hands-on process improvement on the plant floor with strong collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing process/engineering experience, with proven Lean/Six Sigma skills and familiarity

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is required or equivalent.
• Extensive manufacturing process experience and a strong Lean/Six Sigma background.
• Experience with data-driven problem solving and standard quality tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve quality.
• Develop measurement systems and scorecards aligned to plant goals.
• Identify and implement manufacturing improvement solutions.
• Lead safety, quality, cost, and process-control improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to sustain improvements.
