Job summary

ERW is seeking a manufacturing estimator responsible for quoting items, ensuring company profit margins, and coordinating with customers and outside vendors. The role uses the E2 system to record job data and review completed jobs for profitability and timing.

The candidate must read blueprints, analyze processes, and drive continuous improvement. Strong organization, communication, and basic math skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and manufacturing experience.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-starter who can multi-task and prioritize independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good understanding of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Properly quote items that can be manufactured in our facility.
• Properly quote to meet company profit margins.
• Select appropriate outside vendors to meet requirements.
• Work directly with customers to gather correct information as required.
• Review all completed jobs for accuracy and profitability.
• Record job information in the E2 management system.
