Job summary

Motor Coach Industries is seeking a qualified professional to coordinate projects from design through implementation of customized business solutions for the manufacturing, materials and quality teams. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, process mastery, and effective cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in a business or STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations environment.
• Thorough knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle).
• Experience in project or change management is an asset.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and possess initiative to seek improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, highly organized, self-starter, detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation of customized business solutions.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process and system enhancements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of business processes, data, and system functionalities.
• Lead multiple complex projects through the development lifecycle.
• Assist staff in effectively utilizing deployed business applications.
• Assist with system implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Organize and lead meetings with users, consultants, and SMEs to define scope and impact.
• Lead acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets specifications.
• Travel up to 10%.
