Pride Mobility Products is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to help develop and implement continuous improvement projects and maintain the ProductionWare MES across Domestic and International Manufacturing facilities.

You’ll prepare production layouts, create process drawings, perform time studies, and support root-cause analysis. Strong problem solving and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with engineering background preferred.
• Engineering degree or internship in design/manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Experience with MES/production systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prepare production layouts for new processes.
• Create and maintain layout drawings for new and existing processes.
• Perform time studies and field tests using standard instruments.
• Develop and maintain detailed work procedures for assembly.
• Review ECRs and update procedures accordingly.
• Support Production in root-cause analysis and solutions.
• Train operators on new or updated procedures.
• Assemble and install new or altered equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Pride MES (ProductionWare).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on special projects.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and incidents reported.
• Assist with future MES implementations across facilities.
