Job summary

Trystar is seeking a Manufacturing ERP/MES Project Leader to shape shop floor operations across the footprint. The role focuses on Epicor ERP/MES implementations, cross-functional leadership, and delivering high-quality, timely solutions that improve customer delivery and margins.

Reporting to the Operations ERP Project Leader, you will drive change across multiple plants, facilitate workshops, and partner with IT and procurement to optimize ERP ecosystems and MES workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or Engineering.
• 10+ years of operations leadership across multiple functions.
• Strong ERP & IT experience with Epicor-based implementations.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and drive change.
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES change initiatives across manufacturing using Epicor.
• Drive ERP system implementation and process improvements on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to optimize production workflows.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for change management.
