Job summary

Adastra Resource Group is seeking a Manufacturing ERP Business Analyst to drive ERP modernization, standardization of processes, and business transformation across multiple manufacturing sites. This remote role supports EST core hours with occasional travel.

You will bridge IT and manufacturing operations, run workshops with plant managers and executives, map current workflows, identify gaps, and document ERP requirements across Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Infor, and Sage.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analysis in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems (Epicor, Friedman, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Sage).
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and ERP transformation.
• Excellent communication and facilitation with plant leadership.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and change management.

Manufacturing ERP Business Analyst

Type: Direct Hire, Full time

Location: Remote in US (EST) + Travel

Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing ERP Business Analyst to support ERP modernization, process standardization, and business transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between IT and manufacturing operations, representing business needs across multiple sites.


• Lead workshops with plant managers, executives, and business users to identify process improvements and ERP requirements.


• Analyze and document current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend manufacturing best practices.


• Support ERP modernization, process standardization, and change management initiatives across multiple ERP platforms.


• Develop process maps and documentation using Visio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of business analysis experience within manufacturing environments.


• Experience working with multiple manufacturing ERP systems (Epicor, Friedman, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Sage, or similar).


• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, ERP transformation, and business process optimization.


• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead discussions with plant leadership and executives.


• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and change management.

Position Details

• Location: Remote, US-based


• Travel: Approximately one week every 6-8 weeks, potentially more initially.


• Schedule: Full-time, EST core business hours.


• Salary: $110,000-$130,000
