Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Illinois is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Reliability Technician to keep production lines running at peak efficiency. You’ll perform preventive and rapid corrective maintenance on conveyors, mixers, pumps, motors, and packaging equipment, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and restoring systems with minimal downtime.

You will read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, troubleshoot up to 480V, and collaborate with maintenance teams to sustain high

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
• Experience maintaining conveyors and related line equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on equipment.
• Diagnose electrical systems up to 480 V, including motors, drives, contactors, and limit switches.
• Maintain and service conveyors and related equipment; perform PMs and repairs.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production impact.
