Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; Associate degree in Electromechanics preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience troubleshooting automated machinery, sensors, and production equipment.
  • Knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment, robots, sensors, and automated production systems.
  • Inspect and analyze defective components to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic systems, electrical machinery, and related production equipment.
  • Document maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
  • Support process improvement projects and equipment performance.
  • Utilize diagnostic and test equipment to evaluate system performance.
  • Communicate equipment concerns and maintenance recommendations to team and leadership.

Equipment Technician (Automation & Manufacturing Equipment)We’re looking for a skilled Equipment Technician who understands that equipment reliability is critical to manufacturing success. This role goes beyond simply repairing machines—it’s about ensuring automated production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and consistently to support quality products and uninterrupted operations.This is a hands-on technical position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and attention to detail are essential.
