Job summary

Omni Specialty Packaging, LLC is seeking an Engineering Project Specialist to support equipment installations, capital projects and manufacturing improvements from planning through startup. You will work with the engineering team to drive scope, schedule, and budgets while ensuring documentation is current.

Ideal candidates have an associate/technical degree (or hands-on equivalent), strong mechanical aptitude, and experience reading drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read equipment drawings and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Help develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, equipment deliveries and installations.
• Support equipment testing, commissioning, and startup.
• Maintain project drawings, technical records, and closeout docs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to boost safety, reliability and productivity.
