Job summary

Carlisle Companies Incorporated is hiring a Production Operator for weekend day shifts in Tooele, UT. You will operate production machinery, monitor performance, and perform safety-driven tasks with TPM and quality checks. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 18+ years of age.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery in the production department.
• Monitors machine operation for standard work adherence.
• Performs lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspections (TPM).
• Cleans machinery daily and sorts/bundles materials.
• Supports 5S, SQDC, and quality checks as needed.
• Records data for quality control and improvement.
• Meets production goals while following safety requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
