Job summary

embecta, a global medical device company, is seeking a Machine Attendant for A shift in Holdrege, NE. You will maintain equipment, operate manufacturing lines, inspect products, and ensure clean, safe work areas in a high-speed environment.

Required: high school diploma or GED; English proficiency; basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office; 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred. Willingness to follow strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment according to preventive maintenance schedule.
• Clean machines and immediate work area.
• Produce, visually inspect and package product.
• Operate equipment and process functions.
• Conduct inspections and perform process tests.
• Understand and complete all required paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Respond to and reset alarms as needed.
• Sustain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain certification on equipment assigned.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Support needs of the business as assigned by Shift Leader.
• Work in a high-speed manufacturing environment with alertness.
