Job summary

Henkel is seeking a hands-on Production Operator for the Consumer Brands unit in Kentucky. You will manage line performance on liquids equipment, monitor SPC data, start production, and respond to alarms while ensuring quality and safety standards are met on the line.

You will also handle changeovers, preventive maintenance support, and training for new team members, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to CGMP and other safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic GMP awareness to ensure hygienic security.
• Proficient understanding of automated equipment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage line performance and priorities related to designated equipment on the Liquids machines.
• Oversee operation of software programs for production start, tests, alarms and end of production.
• Maintain knowledge of sequential control logic for line operation, including sensors and conveyors.
• Apply GMP to maintain hygienic security on the line, area and facility.
• Maintain inventory of overpacks and labels for packaging lines; keep machines running.
