Tate, located in Columbia, MD, is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment & Process Engineer. This role involves the strategic implementation of equipment to enable large scale production of data center solutions for hyperscale customers. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related discipline and 3+ years of manufacturing management experience.
You will collaborate with teams to improve efficiencies and support the growth of our comprehensive manufacturing operations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and various benefits aimed at promoting employee well-being and skills development.

The Manufacturing Equipment & Process Engineer is responsible for strategic implementation of equipment and system(s) to enable execution of scale manufacturing of data center solutions products for hyperscale customers, including enabling product design‑for‑quality/design‑for‑manufacturing, scale manufacturing monitor and tracking, and ergonomic systems for all facilities producing hyperscale products.
