Manufacturing Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (EHS)

Position Overview: The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager will collaborate with regional EHS teams to ensure the implementation of regional policies, advise management on EHS objectives, and promote safety and environmental initiatives within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise management on EHS objectives and strategies
• Maintain compliance records meeting regulatory standards
• Assess and improve existing EHS programs
• Audit hazard controls and develop new hazard control procedures
• Manage Worker’s Compensation issues
• Coach leadership and staff on hazard identification and safety behaviors

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing EHS activities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are preferred
• Ability to conduct OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training preferred

Compensation and Benefits: Salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 plus a quarterly 12% incentive bonus, adjusted based on experience.
