The ideal candidate holds a 4-year technical degree with 5+ years of experience, lean/TPM knowledge, and strong skills in 2D/3D modeling (AutoCAD/Inventor). Excellent problem-solving and mentoring abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience preferred with mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing and TPM principles.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational technical support for existing applications and processes.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance to solve issues.
• Troubleshoot problems with other technical employees, suppliers, and outside experts.
• Become SME on specialty processes on supported lines.
• Drive corrective action through root cause identification and structured problem solving.
• Create training tools, documents, and standard operating procedures for production processes.
• Provide training, instruction, and guidance to production associates.
• Partner with Safety to ensure processes meet safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and present proposals.
