Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field; hands-on experience considered.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, test, or technical support.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; able to read schematics.
• Experience with hand tools, measuring devices, and basic diagnostics.
• Good communication and teamwork to work with operators, engineers, and QA.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot daily production equipment, fixtures, tooling, and test systems.
• Assist with process development, improvements, and issue resolution.
• Identify root causes and support corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Provide hands-on support to production teams to improve consistency.
• Assist with setup, adjustment, and validation of equipment and workstations.
• Train new operators on building processes when needed.
• Document equipment issues, repairs, and improvements.
