  • Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives in the facility.
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, workflow, and productivity.
  • Identify risks, root causes, and potential failure modes in processes.
  • Design and implement organization, visual management, and safety solutions using hands-on methods.
  • Install shadow boards, tool holders, visual controls, and workplace organization systems.
  • Use Lean tools such as 6S, Kaizen, TPM, setup reduction, and flow improvement.
  • Maintain designated locations for tooling and materials with visual workplace principles.
  • Support improvement projects including painting, floor maintenance, and housekeeping.
  • Present concepts and results to team members and leadership.
