Responsibilities

• Design, build, and improve manufacturing fixtures, tools, and workstations.
• Assist with equipment installations and facility setup projects.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and processing issues using root cause analysis.
• Perform fabrication, welding, machining, and mechanical tasks.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and quality.
• Assist with CNC programming and engineering projects as assigned.
