Summary of Work Performed:
Under the general supervision of a supervisor or an employee of equal or higher rank, the Manufacturing Engineering Resource Programmer IV will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for effective design of manufacturing resources, including: Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) numerical controlled (NC) programs, Manufacturing Computer Aided Design (MCAD) tools/fixtures, loft patterns, and operational models with associated 2D drawings. Must have knowledge of shop production and processing operations. Work in accordance with management strategies and concepts, as well as program and departmental processes and procedures using Bell Business Systems. May direct, mentor, and train one or more employees.
