Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Manufacturing & NPI Manager to organize resources and initiatives across engineering teams in our U.S. facility. This role directly manages staff, aligns priorities, and drives process improvements to advance medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities include mentoring subordinates, communicating engineering priorities, and solving complex technical and organizational challenges to meet department and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Specialized and broad knowledge of interdependent activities across multiple areas.
• Engineering discipline with strong technical concepts and methods.
• Familiarity with lean and six sigma concepts and tools.
