You will partner with global and local stakeholders, apply DMF/FEL processes, and build a high-performing team that delivers reliability, continuous improvement, and long-term value for the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment.
• Experience implementing Project Execution Plan/Phases and contractor oversight.
• Experience with power distribution, control systems, mechanical systems, P&ID, and machine design.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize investments with global engineering and plant leadership to drive long-term performance improvements.
• Collaborate with plant operations to maximize long-term value creation.
• Lead the development and execution of the plant's 1-, 3-, and 5-year transformation roadmap with capital investments.
• Develop, coach, and empower a high-performing engineering team for complex capital projects.
• Execute projects supporting reliability improvements and equipment lifecycle management.
• Establish performance metrics and leverage data to guide engineering resources and investments.
• Apply the DMF and FEL process for capital projects.
• Apply critical thinking to strategic planning and execution.
