Guardian Glass is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Operations team in Geneva, NY. You will shape the future of a high-performing manufacturing operation by leading engineering strategy, developing technical talent, and driving transformational capital investments.

You will guide the plant’s 1-, 3-, and 5-year transformation roadmap, collaborate with global and local stakeholders, and deliver value through innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a continuous manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing Project Execution Plan/Phases and contractor oversight.
• Experience with power distribution, control systems, mechanical systems, P&ID, and machine design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global engineering and plant leadership to prioritize investments and drive long-term performance improvements.
• Collaborate with plant operations to maximize value creation.
• Lead the development and execution of the plant's 1-, 3-, and 5-year transformation roadmap; translate priorities into capital investments.
• Develop, coach, and empower a high-performing engineering team for capital investments and continuous improvement.
• Execute projects supporting reliability improvements and equipment lifecycle management.
• Establish performance metrics and use data to prioritize resources and opportunities.
