The ideal candidate will lead a frontline team, utilizing engineering fundamentals to improve manufacturing processes while developing leadership capabilities. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field and be interested in hands-on leadership. The position requires the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

This role emphasizes safety, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient operations and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field required.
• Interest in hands-on leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (DuPont schedule).

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team through coaching and skill development.
• Use structured problem solving to improve processes.
• Manage day to day production execution for a crew.
• Support operators to maintain control of processes.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Lead visible safety initiatives and respond to hazards.
• Communicate priorities across shifts.
