Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required.
• 8+ years experience in manufacturing of consumer goods.
• 2+ years of managerial responsibilities.
• 5+ years department-level supervisory experience expected.
• Budget planning experience and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability to customer needs.
• Experience with welding, powder coat painting, or progressive assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers with focus on accountability, safety and productivity.
• Direct Manufacturing Engineering to ensure Assembly, Paint and Welding meet safety and quality specs.
• Champion Lean concepts, waste reduction and continuous improvement across processes.
• Support capital budget planning and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Drive safety training, ergonomics, and accident investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
