Qualifications
- BS in Engineering, Physics, or similar technical field.
- MS in Engineering, Physics, Business, Engineering Management, or applicable field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the workload of the Engineering team and set priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve yield, cycle time and on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous yield and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, facilities and R&D to transfer new processes to production.
- Develop team members’ technical knowledge and professional growth.
- Ensure safe, compliant operations and document procedures.
