360 Recruiter Accelerator in Grand River, Ohio seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and facility-related activities at its Grand River site. This role maintains reliable plant operations, maximizes equipment uptime, supports established manufacturing processes, and drives continuous improvement.

Reports to Plant Manager with visibility and leadership responsibility.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience leading engineering and maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in automotive manufacturing or with Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers.

Mansioni

Lead and develop manufacturing engineering and maintenance personnel.
Ensure equipment, processes and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
Improve uptime, preventative maintenance, productivity, and cost control.
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting when needed.
Identify equipment and process improvement opportunities.
Lead capital equipment, facility, automation and continuous improvement projects.
Track engineering and maintenance metrics and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain and plant leadership.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective-action activities.
Maintain compliance with automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949.
Manage contractors, equipment vendors and outside resources.
Provide occasional weekend support based on operational needs.
